MemberI just like thank everyone for their support. Sorry I did not stop at the feed station in Narberth – passed in a blur. The support from all the volunteers and spectators was immense. Saundersfoot St Brides Hill – mad, but it was Tenby that was absolutely mental.
Thanks to Andrew, Janice, Ian, Kim, Plumby and his mates (especially at the last corner before the finish – gave me a boost to get to the finish)and to all the other faces I recognised from Narberth.
Well done to Dan Mason, Jackie Jones and Bill Ridge – we all struggled along in the dark and rain to finish the run.
Thank you once again.
For any of you thinking of doing Iron Man – “Just Do It” It is an experience You will not forget.clundurban

MemberLost my lift to Cardiff Saturday morning. Can anyone offer me and my bike a lift to the start? If not someone can take my entry as I don’t want it to go to waste.

MemberTwo of us turned up. Waited until 6:05pm and headed off. Got absolutely soaked on the way to Tavernspite, cut it short and headed back to Narberth via the top road towards Ludchurch. By the time I got home the sun had come out again. Bloody weather.

MemberThe Route will still be Route W7: Clarbeston Road Loop the normal way round – via Penffordd. This is due to the Pram Push starting at 18H30 in Nartberth and us heading North to avoid the madness that is The Pram Push.
See you all tomorrow.
And good luck to the Slinkster, you better watch out for the team from Rushacre Garage.

MemberMy solo ride took me to Crymych, where the clouds looked black – that should have been a warning to turn around and go home, but ever the optimist I carried on. By Tegryn I was soaking wet and Brass Monkeys & Balls were springing to mind. I was now thinking of a get me home quick route.
So via Blaenwaen , the windmills (all 12 of them), Glandy cross & over an hours ride I finally reached home, toes and fingers freezing and very cold / wet.
WHEN IS SUMMER GOING TO ARRIVE??????
