The policy indemnifies the club/team in respect of its legal liability for accidental loss or damage to third party property or accidental bodily injury or death to third party persons.

Individual Club Members (as opposed to club officials) are not covered unless they themselves are Ride, Race Silver or Race Gold members of British Cycling (or equivalent) with personal liability insurance cover.
