    I will be there on Friday.  Not sure I can get to Narberth on Thursday (I shall endeavour to brave the weather though).  Cheers

    there is a cycle path between st clears and Carmarthen, we will go on the old road past Bancyfelin and then the old road into Carmarthen.

    Mark — try the aces website see if any lifts around – might be someone who has dropped out – but unlikely
