Ironman 2012

This years ironman is on Sunday 16th Sept. We are looking for volunteers to man the feed station in Narberth again. It was such a good buzz helping last year and i`m sure you all want to do it again. Ironman uk has been in touch checking if we have enough volunteers. If you are able to help could you let me know asap. Thanks.

Kim and I are looking after the Narberth section of the Bike course again but will come.to the feed station once the roads are closed.

There is a meeting on Thursday 13th September 2012 at 7.30pm at Narberth Rugby Club to brief marshals and the feed station teams.

Will it be easy to keep my bike there? As two less car journeys – cycle there & back

Mat. you can cycle there no problem.

Try and come to the meeting this Thursday in the rugby club at 7 30 to get all the details. That goes for everyone who has offered to volunteer.
