    If anyone fancies a cheeky aperitif tomorrow night, Diablo’s have a two for one offer on all cocktails between 17:00-19:00pm! It would be rude not to really!

    Further to mikey’s email, we always welcome any feedback from members, please feel free to post any comments here so that we can assess why the take up for this years dinner has been so poor

    Majority say Main Menu, so can i have your menu choices from the attached menu by Wednesday 12 September 2014.

    Just to confirm the dinner will be held at Diablo’s Narberth at 19:30pm on Friday 14 November 2014. We need to choose which menu we want, we have the choice of choosing from set taster menu’s or individual choices of the main menu, but as a group we have to agree on one or the other we can’t have some on one menu and some on another. Therefore could i have your personal preferences and we will then go with the majority, i’ve attached the menu’s to help you decide.

    In addition can we please have deposits from those of you who haven’t paid yet, anyone else wishing to come will have to let me know by Friday 7 November 2014.

    Due to the slow response the dinner has been booked for Friday 14 November 2014 and will be held at Diablo’s in Narberth at 19:30pm. Please confirm if you are able to attend, we also require a deposit of £10 per head, this can be dropped with either myself, Andrew or Ian/Kim.

    Hi all

    Just a quick reminder the Dinner is this Saturday 30 November 2013, its 19:30 for 20:00pm, could you all bring the outstanding balance for the food in cash if possible to make it easier for us to manage paying for the group in one go.

    For all of you coming to the dinner I need your menu choices by Wednesday 20 November 2013. Anyone else wishing to come will also need to put names down and pay deposit before this date as Plas Hyfryd need final numbers and menu choices by this date. Please post menu choices on here and I will compile list for hotel.

    Sadly unable to take part this year, as i’ve got a BA Course on 14 & 15th and cannot have any facial hair present as it affects the seal on the mask

    No unfortunately not! We’ve been paying £25 per head the last couple of years at Martin James, the change of venue, a festive menu and the inclusion of a disco has unfortunately pushed the price up.

    Due to the increase in numbers the group will be too large for Martin James, so we have now booked The Plas Hyfryd Hotel in Narberth for an End of Season/Christmas Dinner on Saturday 30 November 2013. The cost will be £31 per person including a disco. Could you all confirm that you can attend and forward a £10 per head deposit to me, Andrew or Ian asap.

    The menu is as follows:

    Roasted Pumpkin, Squash & Chestnut Soup
    Cheddar Glazed Leek & Rarebit Tartlet Dressed Leaves
    Smoked Salmon & Crayfish Salad Citrus Dressing
    Chicken Liver Pate Onion Chutney & Toasted Croutes

    Roast Pembrokeshire Turkey Lemon, Thyme & Chestnut Stuffing, & Chipolata, Cranberry Sauce
    Poached Fillet of Salmon, Buttered Courgette & Asparagus, White Wine & Dill Sauce
