    I’m holiday so I’ll do as much as i can to help, to start say Fri 1300 – 1400 then Sat 0000 – 0100 & 1000 – 1100. Obviously if you need more spaces filled let me know and i’ll see if i can manaage anymore, Dominic who works in the fire station with me said he’d do some as well if needed.

    She’s finally done something, so if you have nothing to do please feel free to come along, she’s been very thoughtful and even managed to avoid clashing with any sportives!!

    I thought we’d decided on a venue, outside Hillhouse at the top of the High Street? Anyway i’m on holiday all week so will be around to help whenever required. Let me have a poster for work and i will also post it on the intranet.

    Few quick details about Saturdays Dinner, unfortunately Martin doesn’t have the facility to accept credit cards so its cash or cheque only please. If everyone can arrive for 19:30 for an 20:00 start that would be great.

    One last thing does anyone have any dietary requirements? I only know about our two Veggies Ian & Kim so far. Please let me know asap!!

    I’ve joined your team, a few of us in the office were doing it anyway. Not sure whether Valleyman and Roger are pulling a flanker but when i joined the team last night there was only one other member, your good self!! Perhaps they are a little wary about putting pictures of their furry top lips on the world wide web?!!

    Less than two weeks until this years end of season dinner we have just over 30 names down but so far only 21 deposits have been paid, could i please have deposits from the following memebers asap to confirm their places, so we can confirm numbers with the venue.

    Hi all

    We now have 27 names down for the dinner, but so far only 8 have paid the £10 per head deposit. Can you please get the deposits in to me asap so that we can get a more accurate idea of numbers, remember the only way to guarantee your place is to pay your deposit.

    We will more than likely be opening up the invitation to some of our friends from neighbouring clubs, so get your money in asap as it will be first come first served!

    Sweaty and anyone else who has already started making plans for the 27 October 2012. I’m very sorry but it appears that our beloved secretary (Mr Walton for those who didn’t know!!) is unable to manage his own diary and after confirming his availability for the 27th October 2012 has now indicated that he cannot do this date. Those of you who attended last years dinner will surely agree that it wouldn’t be the same without Ian compering the evening especially as he advises me that he has an even longer list of anecdotes and special awards for our members following the latest action packed season.

    Therefore, the date has been changed to Saturday 10 November 2012. Once again i’m very sorry for inconvenience this may cause.

    OK guys just 4 days to go until this years end of season dinner, there are 29 of us this year so it should be a very good night. There are no menu choices just a massive selection of around 10+ anti pasta dishes, a Pasta dish, a meat dish followed by a choice of desserts. There is always a huge amount of food so please arrive with a healthy appetite!

    I need to know by Wednesday if any of you are vegetarian, if you are do you eat fish? Please post here or email me at matthew.johns@pembrokeshire.gov.uk. asap. Could everyone please arrive from 19:30pm for a 20:00pm start.
