Andrew – there are a few volunteers for sweeping duty on Messenger. As well as Mat, Geraint, Juliana and I are happy to sweep and I’m sure a few others will be too.

A few of us are heading to Freshwater West on Sat. 11.00 at the turn down to Reynaldton from the Templeton-Yerbeston Road. Geraint, Gwen and Mandy will meet you there if you’re up for it. I’ll join you at Carew/Milton.

If you are around tomorrow (Sat) we’re leaving Bloomfield at 7.45, riding to Loughor and then joining the CarTen back to Tenby/Narberth.

Yes lots of us did the TdShane. Don’t know everybody’s times but Jane, Si and I got back in around 4:40 – 4:45.
I’m doing the Tour de Pembs 130 mile route with Jim Elliot this Friday 28th April (all welcome to join us for at least part of it!!) Also planning to do the Angel on Sunday. The following weekend (6th May) is CarTen – quite a few doing that and some of those who aren’t may ride to Llanelli then tag along back to Tenby. There are also the final two ToP rideouts that weekend. On Sunday 14th May it’s the Dambusters ride from Gelli Aur (a few of us have already signed up) which will be a nice prelude for the Tour of Pembs on 20th May. On the last Sunday in May (28th) it’s the Devil and also Aber Cycle fest in Aberystwyth, which I and a few Dynamos did a few years ago and is a cracking ride).

A few of us are heading up to Newcastle Emlyn and back down to St Clears on Saturday morning. 60ish miles. 9.30 at Bloomfield if you fancy it.

A reminder about this one – nice warm up for the Tour of Pembs the following weekend. They’ve emailed me to say the places are filling up fast (only 300 of them) so be quick. Would be a good Sunday ride for the club.

I’m certainly up for something that weekend. I’ve put my name down for any places that may come up on the Carten. Might get in that way. Nothing to stop us joining the ride at some point, or ride to Llanelli & join it there and ride back, missing the boring first half. More interesting routes with some decent climbs might be a better option though.

I fancy the route of Sunday’s ride, which is pretty much the Daffodil plus a few miles, but Saturday’s better for me. How about that route and people can decide when they want to head home? The option is there is anyone wants to do 60+ miles.
