    There is a slight route change for Saturday’s ride. At Blaenffos, continue to Crymych and turn right at the Crymych Arms. This avoids a very bad stretch of road, but adds a couple of miles to the overall distance.

    On Sunday’s ride, the 50 mile route has been changed to go from Middlemill into St David’s via the Sustrans Route 4 through Whitchurch and from St David’s rugby club via the coast road rather than the A487 back to Crug Glas.

    I’ll be there Simon. Depending on time, how about: from Llanychaer, Newport via Bedd Morris, turn left to Dinas Cross, then left up and over to Bessies, up Cilrhedyn Bridge, turn left at the top, then drop back down into the Gwaun, up to Cilgwyn, over the Bwlch then back to Hwest (or Clarby road) in time for kick off?

    Thanks for sorting the routes Pete. On the longer route, if anyone’s up for it, we could go through Pwll Trap on the way back to avoid a bit more of the A40.

    Jim has confirmed that today’s rideout was cancelled. Let’s meet at Glandy Cross at 9.00 tomorrow for Mike’s route. Jim will hopefully join us.

    Jim Elliot may be rearranging the rideout for Sunday due to tomorrow’s forecast. He’ll let me know later and I’ll post an update as soon as I know. Anybody up for doing the rideout on Sunday?

    I’ve just checked the Tour of Pembs website and they’ve now got rid of the extra handling mark up, so you can now book the rideouts online for a fiver. Who’s going on the first one on Saturday?
