Last weeks ride was great but I’ve been feeling shit all week so won’t be there tomoz hope to be in turbo Tuesday .Be safe and have a good ride.

It’s going to be a wet one tomorrow so get your oilskins on,just going out on mountain bike up the preseli mountain and it’s pissing down .Everybody have a good and safe ride tomoz.

Oh yes forgot to say ,did nick brown turbo DVD after I came back same one as mr and mrs valley man did this morning ,and yes Ian there is a lot of your arse in the DVD.

Me and slinky met at Bloomfield on our mountain bikes ,I was 5minutes late as I was with the butcher boy buying his finest chickens .we did see some tracks in the snow in Bloomfield so we knew somebody had turned up at 9,well done stoned itch.The two off us set down cardamale lane and when we got to mr and mrs valley man house there they were heading to the shed for a session on the turbo.we had a quick chat ,but could not get them out on the mountain bikes.we got into canaston woods and enjoyed a couple of loops around the woods through all the shit and water but I loved it.thanks to slinky for a great morning and makes a nice change to get off the road.

Just like our chairman decided to have a bit of a lie in after my eldest boy had 8 of his mates over for a sleepover.once I got to sleep at about 4 in the morning and was then woken up at about 5 because one had spewed up in the bathroom.got out for a ride at about 12 and had a 40 mile spin with a couple of fellow dynamos no willy waving with us.
