    Good film, I always think its better to mix it up a bit, and it also depends on what you are training for. The key thing to remember is, the closer you get to your race, the more race like your workouts should become.

    We have managed to get on a day course in January, so won’t be coming to velodrome with dynamos, have fun!

    Hi all,
    I have some willing volunteers who are going to be coached by me this Saturday. We are meeting at 8.45am at the airfield by Preseli storage. If anyone else would like to join us you are welcome. We will be doing some cadence work and a few intervals with an emphasis on pacing.
