Newport Velodrome

Stumpy has booked a 2 hour slot at the Newport track on 18th January between 11.00am and 1pm. The cost will be £10 for the hire of the bikes for the 2 hours. There will also be a small contribution towards the hire of the track, maybe up to £10 depending on numbers.

I know last time only stumpy and Colin went (maybe it was because we could only get the booking in April). This time there`s no excuses. It`s a great time to go when the weather will probably be wet, cold and possibly snowy!

We could either car share or if there is sufficient interest we could look at hiring the bloomfield bus.

I’ll be there. Last year it was awesome, and that was with only 3 of us on the track. It’s well worth making the effort to go. You’ll enjoy it.

We have managed to get on a day course in January, so won’t be coming to velodrome with dynamos, have fun!
