Hi all, I was wondering if anybody would be able to help me out. I know there are a few of you doing ironman this year, and I have just completed most of my level 2 triathlon coaching, BUT I need to coach a series (minimum 4) of 1 hour sessions as part of my coursework. I was looking at starting a group of runners in Narberth probably after the clocks have changed. If you are interested in getting some free coaching then message me here with details of when you could come to a session (celia_ce40@hotmail.com). I can then let you know when and where we can start. I have also attached a brief over view of my coaching experience. Looking forward to hearing from you, even if you are not doing Ironman and just want to get some run coaching then it would be great to hear from you too.

    Hi all,
I have some willing volunteers who are going to be coached by me this Saturday. We are meeting at 8.45am at the airfield by Preseli storage. If anyone else would like to join us you are welcome. We will be doing some cadence work and a few intervals with an emphasis on pacing.
    Cheers 🙂
