    I would like breaded haloumi for starters and 8oz rump steak for mains please.
    Can I point out that some people are doing LCW that weekend so is 8pm sit down ok?

    The road through Reynalton Village has been resurfaced with chippings today ?. Take care if passing through at speed especially on the right hand bend going south out of the village.

    I just paid £30 to enter the Tour of Pembs but have something else on that weekend. I’ve emailled Peter Walker who has advised that he is unable to refund but I can transfer payment to another rider…so if anyone would like to have my place, please let me know!

    I’m thinking of meeting you in St Davids and will cycle to Cardigan, about 57 miles. If I can organise it, I would be happy to drive from Cardigan the rest of the way with bike and Physio couch to assist anyone with sore/aching limbs!
