Is anyone (else!) doing the 75 mile route. Me and Mrs ValleyMan will be aiming to start at around 8.00am.

I can only assume that the Chairman is keen to start early to ensure that there are plenty of lentil pasties left at the food stops.

I’m not sure about my tactics for tomorrow but one thing is for certain I’ll not be eating a lentil pasty… like most vegetarian food there of little nutritional value and could speed up transit through the alimentary canal…..a warning to those cycling behind the valley family
