Good luck to all Dynamos doing the ironman on Sunday. I won’t name you all for fear of missing a name out.

Also some of us are competing else where around the world!! Slinky doing a half ironman in Germany. Mikey and Pete doing the Mad dog on saturday, and Pete again doing the etap on Sunday.

It was harder than I thought it would be but still a good feeling

Dont stop me now by Queen – 52 pulled out of sea but I managed to get through it
Bicycle Race by Queen – bike relatively easy for me
Food Glorious Food by Oliver cast – after 5 hours of power drink & gels I definitely wanted some proper food
Run to the hills – I could run to the start of hills but then walked
legs by zz top – I found muscles i didnt know I had to ache
