Bicycle Race by Queen – bike relatively easy for me
Food Glorious Food by Oliver cast – after 5 hours of power drink & gels I definitely wanted some proper food
Run to the hills – I could run to the start of hills but then walked
legs by zz top – I found muscles i didnt know I had to ache
