Watt Bike test

Last year, 17th October for me, some of us did a Wattbike assessment with Nick. after a painful ramp test he came up with my personal training zones and pedalling efficiency, which I put into my Garmin.

Anyway I would like to do this again so I can compare and contrast, in the time honoured way. Are there any takers out there so we could speak to Nick en masse?

Booked a watt bike session down with Nick. Thursday 10th October.

First one to start at 4 o`clock and every 30 minutes after that. We need a minimum of 6 to get the special rate and a maximum of 12, last slot at 9.30.

The cost is £15.

Please put your names down for your preferred time. I will go first so you will all need to bring a mop and bucket to clean up my sweat!!

For this Thursdays ramp test night could you either bring your bike or take some measurements of the bike to make setting up the Wattbike nice and easy. I’ll need:-

Top of saddle measured from centre of bottom bracket

Top of saddle from ground

Top of handlebars from ground

Nose of saddle to centre of handlebars
