With the ‘Big Dog’ looming, for those of you interested I’ll be running VO2 Max Hill Interval Training Sessions from WEDNESDAY AUGUST 16th @ 6pm until further notice from my house in Mynachlogddu (see route). It’ll be 15min warm-up to Crymych then 30mins repeats on ‘Frenni Fawr’ then cool down spin back to mine for Beer recovery Hydration. Let me know if you’re interested.
