Hope everyone had a nice Christmas and New Year. Now it`s back to turbo.
We all need to work off the chocolates, beer, wine and turkey. (and nuts Ian and Kim).
We won`t go too mad for the first week or so but it will get harder as the weeks go on.
Try and get there at 7 so we can start 7 15ish. As the weeks go by some of the sessions will last an hour and 20 mins. so earlier we start the earlier we will get home.

Its amazing how fat and bloated you can get on nuts…
