    We have now taken delivery of a 32″ TV so we can now train using ‘Sufferfest’ (does exactly what it says on the tin!) videos. Jon has kindly agreed to come along to take us through ‘the Hunted’ which I am sure we will all enjoy (nice scenery) based on past experience in Tenby. :(

    I’d like to come back to training please? Is it okay to borrow a turbo and Correct skewer?

    I will try to get hold of Jon to ask him to bring me a new skewer anyway. Adrian
