For all of you who do not want to see all that hard won fitness waste away in an orgy of festive gluttony, we will be hiring out the club Turbos for £5.00 each between our last Turbo session on 18 December and the new term starting on 8 January.
If you are interested, please respond to this post. They can be collected at the end of the Session on 18th or from Valley Gate thereafter. Numbers are limited (nine) and one has been booked already.
Nick has advised that the intensity of the sessions will be ramping up after Xmas so you have been warned!
