Rules:
You have volunteered, or have been volunteered, to act as sweeper on a Tuesday night club ride.
I have assigned you to a date: some have routes already, others don’t as yet.
The assignment was not done with any methodology, so do not ask me to make changes. The onus is on YOU to find a replacement, if you are unable to ride on your assigned night, either by swapping or finding another volunteer.
A reminder for all those that said that they would volunteer if it’s a southern route – many of you can load the route on to your cyclocomputer. Alternatively swap with someone. The important thing is that, as a sweeper, you must know the route!
The role of the sweeper to ride with whoever is the last rider on the route.
Please make a note of your assigned date. I will try and remember to record your assignment on the rides calendar!
