    Meet at Bloomfield 6.30
    Tuesday ride will be Clarbeston Road Loop, 21miles with 274m of ascent, Clockwise

    Route W7

    Thursday ride will be Lawrenny Quay Loop, 24miles with 252m of ascent, Anti Clockwise

    You will be glad to know that after riding off into the distance with Roger, Mrs ValleyMan returned to the fold as predicted by the Chairman. Marital bliss restored.
