Tuesday ride 29 miles

Narbeth to Lampeter V, Whitland, up past rugby club over rounadabout, carry on to junction, turn right to LLangynin st clears, lower st Clears, turn right pick up old road LLanddowrer, Red roses and back.

Thursday

Narberth,Tavernspite,Red Roses, head towards Pendine, turn left on the daffodil route, once on this road go to Laugharne,left at Laugharne on the main road up the top of the hill then left off the main road,keep on this road until you come to a junction and then turn right, you are now back on the daffodil route, before you get to lower St Clears turn right back towards LLanddower, turn right in Red roses and back.

For anyone interested, we’re doing a ride in the hills Tues 24th, about 40 miles, meeting at Glandy Cross (on the A478 Cardigan rd) at 6pm sharp and we’ll be stopping at ‘Bessies’ pub in the Gwaun Valley for a quick pint, all welcome. Mike F.

Great spin out tuesday mikey,50 miler not bad for a mid week dynamos ride,and over the bwlch twice.
Highlight of the night flapjack thought he pulled the barmaid in bessie’s,but she was looking at someone else!!!!!! Bless.

I think her left eye was looking at the steel frame,but her right eye was on flapjack’s helmet,and yes leights same again next week,hope your chain stays good next week.
