Narberth to Tavernspite, middle road to LLanddower, back road to lower St Clears, LLangynin, LLanboidy, turn right at the top of the hill, LLangldwen, Efallwen, back on the main rd to Narberth 31 miles
Thursday Route

Narberth,Tavernspite,Red Roses, head towards Pendine, turn left on the daffodil route, once on this road go to Laugharne,left at Laugharne on the main road up the top of the hill then left off the main road,keep on this road until you come to a junction and then turn right, you are now back on the daffodil route, before you get to lower St Clears turn right back towards LLanddower, turn right in Red roses and back.
