Tuesday: http://app.strava.com/routes/538189 Whitland Loop 20.6 miles, amend if u like.

Thursday: http://app.strava.com/routes/538283 Clarbeston Rd – Maenclochog loop 25.1 miles.

Please note the routes as I won’t be there.
