Anyone going out Thurs eve? Are the week runs over as there’s been no posts?
Anyone fancy going out earlier say 4.30-5pm?
According to the weather forecast you might need a boat tonight. Perfect weather for you Mike!!
I’m in, forecast for 16:00 – 19:00 is overcast and light rain 60% precipication. Think we will be OK in the west the BBC’s forecast looks better than the one they forecast yesterday. See you at 4:00 Mike?

Before you do anything too hasty I think it wise that you consider the words of the Dynamos God of Winter, the Very Reverend Nick Brown, ‘may his wheels forever travel in circles’. In his Sermon from the brow of Fresh East the Very Reverend did decree… ‘following the balmy days of endless sunshine and cycling there should follow of period of inactivity broken only by the occasional inner ring base miles ride on the Sabbath and regular self-flagellation in the form of the Tuesday Turbo.’ He goes on… ‘During this period followers should rehydrate thoroughly on dark winter ales and maintain homeostasis through the copious ingestion of crisps and dry roasted peanuts.’
I must admit I was a little surprised when I learnt of his teachings last winter but am now almost evangelical in my following. As a clubmate, I am willing to accompany you on your journey to enlightenment, shall we start this Friday at 6 in The Ivy?
Dear Brother Sweats,
Lost in the misty mountain wilderness of Mynachlogddu, finding the road that leads to ‘The South of the county’ is a very rare occurrence, only once ever achieved by our past masters, who, when on their annual sheep drive to the ‘Big Smoke’, stumbled across an ancient pathway that led to the medieval hamlet of ArberthNarberth. Unfortunately, records and early sketches of the route were destroyed in the great mountain fire of 1786, when a grand total of 2 cottages, 16000 head of sheep and 2 penny farthings (edition 1a) were lost, so we mountainers drift between rock, fern and heather, day in day out, hoping to stumble upon The Southern path.
Basically I can’t come Friday!
