    Please support next weeks Sunday ride. It is the Rotary Club ride in support of Prostate Cymru. The entry fee is £10, with an additional £8 for the BBQ at the Cresselly Arms.
    You will need to fill in an entry form. You can get all the route details and entry form using http://www.rotarywales.co.uk/bikeride/

    If you intend to go to the BBQ, could you email David Haward with numbers please. His email address is david2cycle@gmail.com. It would also useful to other Dynamos if you let them know using the forum.

    I`d like to say a big thank you to the Rotary club for organising this event. Really enjoyed the day with a cracking route. And a fantastic turn out of Dynamos. Brilliant.
