    Nice ride today. Weather was great, apart from the head wind, which we seemed to cycle into all the way around.

    Excellent ride & company – route changed & not my idea…

    Narberth – Ludchurch – wisemans – tenby – ridgeway – milton – carew – cresswell quay – cross hands – llanhaden – gelli – narberth (about 42 miles still)
