I can’t make it this sunday…I’m in a “delicate” situation which meant I had to go to see a colorectal surgeon in hospital yesterday and have been unable to work today…I’ve being laying flat all day and and sitting on a bike saddle currently is completely out of the question! Have a good one.

We’ll chat tomorrow..yes its the 128 mile Gran Fondo and I think you’ll have to be me…by the way..I was aiming for gold 7 hours 15 minutes..no pressure…!
