Meet at Bloomfield at 9am ( i will not be there)
This week their is two routes a 25 mile and 45 mile, we will meet at Bloomfield 9AM
Both groups will set off together and head towards llanfalteg, LLanbody, LLanglydgwen here they will spilt the short ride will then carry on to Efalwen back to Narbeth.
