    New route for this Sunday,From Bloomfield at 9AM up to Crymych, turn right Hermon, Glogue,Tegryn, Trelech, Meidrm, St Clears, Laurghane, Pendine back to Narbeth.

    53 MILES FEW HILLS

    There are a number of places to peal off to shorten the route.
