That’s German engineering for you! Wishing you a speedy recovery, and not too much recovery beer. 😉
There is nothing wrong with my car, it is my knee
Who wore the wrong clothes
Who wanted to change the route
Who got a bit grumpy with banter from earlier two
Who suffered most on hills after fresh west
Me – to all the questions
Will try to do better on all acccounts – except for the clothes & wishes to change the route. Thanks for waiting
Well glorious day
riders: 11
After the debating society finished we decided as the day was so good we would change the route & go to fresh west
So we went grove – reynalton – jefferston – redberth – lamphey – fresh east – fresh west (including an ice cream & slow tea stop) – pembroke – lamphey – milton – carew – west williamston – cresselly – cross hands – templeton
10 started & 3 finished ! Although I was an official finisher I actually a long time earlier 🙁 Just riders just peeled off at various places
Good ride – thanks for the company & waiting
Mat I hate to say it, but for once you were right (about the route, jury is still out on the atire..)
The longest wait was probably for the tea (and finally coffee) that Flapjack and I ordered at Fresh West (waiting for the urn to boil!) but what a backdrop to a slight delay.
Excellent day out.
