I tested out the Strava App on my phone earlier. I had to make some purchases in Narberth.

It worked pretty well, GPS was a bit off, though it seemed to pick up well in Butcherboys establishment (diced steak and some wild boar and apricot sausages), needless to say he wasn’t there, no doubt sitting in his ivory tower counting his bikes.
I think this app will do the job for the GPS stuff, im quite keen to get out and get some scores on the ‘sections’. I dont think it will be a replacement for my bike computer as apparently the battery on the phone dies very quickly if you have the screen on all the time, though you can hook it up to ANT+ cadence, speed and heart devices if you want. It will do 4 hours like this before it dies.
