Easy route templeton – reynalton – sageston – carew – cresselly ( stop at chapel on right – where there are cakes & filtered coffee served from 1030 – 1200 in aid of alzheimer’s)
then finish riding past cresselly – cross hands & back to templeton & narberth.
Remember how ggod the cakes were for civic week – got same cook on board
