    3 counties ride narberth tavernspite red roses pending laugharne st clears follow daffodil route to top then just after turn down turn right towards crymych go through boncath climb hill out descend take right fork crymych then main road back to narberth about 60 miles

    Meet at Bloomfield at 0900
