    Hello All,

    Don’t know if anyone else has noticed but, the Angel routes and entry forms are available on the Velo Teifi website…

    Andrew Rees DNF – Flapjack strikes again?

    OK so we were late (again) but enjoyed the peace and quiet all on our own for the last 40 miles.

    I have to say I think that was harder that the Tour of Pembs 75; new snail pace record of 2.1mph going up the last 20% climb….

    Roll on the NARCAR!

    Alone with the chairman in the wild Preseli hills, with only sheep for company, I was pumped with adrenaline! Unfortunately the chairman was sick as a dog! I think he should explain!

    Hi Folks,
    Just to say it was lovely seeing the Dynamos at the Ride yesterday. I was knackered – Ironman my arse!! It is Carlt’s 50th Birthday soon and we are having a Bash at ‘the Dog’s Home’. Tenby (Opp the 5 Arches) if any one wants to come. Cheers Nic x

    Flapjack must of contaminated (it did taste of horse) one of his flapjacks and gave it to me at the start. And then promptly tried to rip my legs off in the first 25 miles. It worked, because after that i hit the wall, big time. I struggled to Llanglydwen at 50 miles then phoned my team (Janice) to come and meet me at the last feed station in Crymych. It was only 8 miles but it took me 50 minutes to get there. Never been so happy to get off my bike.
    Sorry i slowed you down flapjack, and thanks for staying with me.

    Being collected on the Angel is becoming habit forming Andrew! First year you chase me out of Nevern. Last year we duked it out/supported each other up the Ingli. I’d like to apologise for not being there for you this year. There was a clash and I was doing silly things on the Sarn Helen. What a mean ride!

    Yes Swanny. I do remember last year. Thanks again for dragging me around. But not even Bradley Wiggins on a tandem could of got me around this time. I was in a right mess. Hopefully will have recovered in time for the narcar.
    I remember the Sarn Helen from last year to. Tough ride. Looking forward to catching up on Friday.

    Hey Bradley may not have been able to drag you around, but i am sure Roger would have managed with you on the back of his tandam, at least Roger would not have to be concerned with you passing him with you on the back, this is one way of keeping a ride together.
