    Any one fancy doing the 4 up time trail this year. Its 25 mile. On Thursday evening 22nd June in Rhigos. £9 each.
    Entries by 9th June.

    Sounds fun I am keen. Any other takers. I have seen aces ladies out practicing. So I guess if we have a team we need to practice. Not got a time trial bike and no intention of getting one so if a multiple of 4 of us, don’t need time trial bike and can get a lift please can I come to play.
