maybe next week – new year usually means upping distances back to 40 – 50 miles – so maybe back to routes & possibly a reliability in January?!?!?

The route we did last week was good narberth – st clears; pendine; amroth; saundersfoot – home

Although only 45 miles had 4500 feet of climbing … so harder than many 60 mile rides

… any thoughts for ride in January?

Huw, Andrew M and myself met up at 9. We decieded to ride the short tour of pembs. 63 miles. Weather was ok apart from a couple of wintry showers (Hailing in Gelli).

We all did fine until the 50 mile mark when we found it hard going from Tenby back to Narberth. I hadn`t rode that far for at least 3 months and it showed, i was knackerd coming home.

You are right Matt, we need to up the distances but slowly, i think today we bit off more than we could chew. Glad i did it though!!
