1. Simply click on the Register button in the black menu bar
2. Choose a username
3. Enter a valid email address
Once this is completed you will receive an email with your chosen username and password.
Enter these details into the login area on the menu bar to post.
Your password can be changed by clicking on your username, then clicking the edit tab.
