As many of you know I am doing Ironman 70.3 UK Wimbleball this year. I am dedicating my race to Sulien Luckman and asking people to donate to the trust set up by Frederick Luckman If you feel inspired by anything I have done (cycling in the wind and rain, freezing my fingers and toes in the depths of winter, swimming in the sea, trying not to fall off my mountain bike to name a few) please take a moment to look at my blog and donate through the link to Suliens page.

Well done Celia on your finish time on the Slateman last weekend. I heard it was a tough course. Great effort.
Well done Celia and a really impressive time!
I dont think there has ever been a triathlete who would say their lead-up to a race has been perfect.
You doing Broadhaven in June?
Kudos to you Celia.
Looking at the Dynamos Stava as I do I couldn’t fail to notice how much you’re doing..I found the Garmin sea route particularly disturbing..the only way I would get that would be for me to cycle of a cliff and let the tide do its work..I hope you’re wearing a Dynamos shirt when your doing these events?
Thanks I didn’t have my dynamos shirt on Roger, I would have been too hot!! Also would have slowed down my transition time putting it on 😉 I’m not doing Broadhaven Slinky, as I think I’ll be recovering still from Wimbleball in 3 WEEKS TIME S**T…. Hopefully might get out on some club rides again after.

It would be good to see you on a club ride but I don’t want you thrashing me up the hills
Ha ha, not likely!
