Following on from last weeks AGM where it was decided to get as many of our members DBS checked (The old CRB/Police Check), I will drop the forms with Andrew our chairman today, these forms will need to be completed and brought back to myself with the following bits of ID – Driving Licence, Passsport and a Utility Bill to confirm your current address. Please ensure you read the instructions on the front cover of the form before you fill it in, you will only need to complete – Section A Q1 – Q 21, Section B, Section C if you have lived at more than 1 address in the last 5yrs and sign in Section E.
