Please note: the following is subject to change.

As of 4pm Wednesday 4th October, there is no-one currently available to lead/coach the Cyclefit session on the 10th October. This may also be the situation for the foreseeable future.

The hall at Bloomfield is booked, so the proposal that we turn up as normal and have a group do-it-ourselves-training-session. Tom has kindly offered a projector, and I have a laptop and speakers, so that we will be able to project cycle videos, such as Sufferfest. We do need someone with knowledge of these videos, so that they can be downloaded on to the laptop before next Tuesday. Alternatively if you have suitable cycle DVDs could we use them next Tuesday. So please pass on information you may have. As no-one will be leading the session, the videos should have suggested cadence values displayed, so that we can follow them.

Please support the cyclefit session as the club will still need to cover the cost of hiring the hall. Please let us know if you intend to support us on the night.

Cyclefit sessions from the 10th October (until a permanent solution is found).

Bearing in mind that there is no meeting for any discussion, this is my suggestion based on replies last night.

Simon has offered his laptop, projector and Sufferfest videos, so to keep complications to minimum I think we should take up his offer. Thanks Simon. I can bring along some speakers to boost the volume, if you require them.

Tom’s projector and my laptop could be used as a backup, should Simon be unable to attend in the next few weeks.

Jon has offered to help out with DVDs, so I’ll see what we can borrow to spice up the sessions in future weeks!

Hopefully you’ll all agree. Comments/suggestions always welcome.

On a general note about using Bloomfield. In the last few years we, as individuals, have not been asked to join Bloomfield. This year we will be asked. It is £5 for a years membership, so make sure you have enough money with you for that and the cost of the turbo session.
