I know I haven’t been around much in the Dynamo’s recently (I bath my boy before bed at 7pm), but as you all know I’m Dynamo till’ I die. Thats why I’ll be sporting the Dynamo colours this Saturday at the Broadhaven Triathlon. Dai Webb a newbie Dynamo is on the case too.

PS. Valleyman – I know what you’re thinking, this punk hasn’t paid his subs. I’ll bring them along when I eventually turn up on a ride! Next on my calendar is a swim from Caldey to Tenby North Beach so it may be late July before you see me!
