Bike Box wanted – Mid May 2014

Just wondering if anyone has a bike box/bag that someone could lend me for a few days in the middle of May.

Leighton and I are off to the Alps and both are looking to take our bikes, therefore ideally two would be great.

Note to treasurer: Is there any money in the kitty for the club to purchase any for club members to use for a fee? IE: Buy for £200 rent to members for £20 a week, as soon as it’s paid for itself buy another one (just an idea).

I got a ctc plastic bike bag used. Previously for alpa trip you can use no protection for bile but does job you are welcome to usr .I would always use it in preference to box . You can ride to & from airport

Back from holiday…are yes… cycling..I remmeber…that’s where you push the pedals round and round isn’t it?   I’ll be there but I’ll probably drive down

This could be catching…. I am looking for a sturdy bike box for July 3-10th as have entered the Maratona des Dolomites and needing a bike to get through the air without being damaged. Anyone willing to lend or rent me a hard cased box for the week?
