Fellow Dynamos’
For a little while now I have offered a CD ripping service to folks at work and I thought I would do the same for fellow Dynamos. For those of you who have no idea what I’m on about, let me explain.
So, you have got loads of CD’s at home and want to be able to play that music on iPods and other MP3 players. Maybe you have got a Sonos, Brennan, Apple Airport Express or other network streaming device but, can’t face the hours of feeding CD’s one at a time to a machine to rip the audio.
I can help. I have a high quality device that allows bulk ripping of many CD’s. The audio quality can be in a variety of MP3 formats 128, 256kbps or higher. I can also do FLAC and Apple Lossless formats for those of you who want the maximum quality possible from a CD. I use Apple Lossless at home myself.
I can turn around CD’s pretty quickly to an audio format or formats of your choice.
Most service’s of this type available require you to box up your CD collection and post it to some faceless person to rip. They usually want £1 per CD plus P&P which varies.
I’ll rip any number of CD’s you have for 50p per CD in whatever format you like. Depending on the volume I can supply the files on high capacity DVD’s or USB Hard disks. No P&P as I’ll collect and dropoff the CD’s and files back to you. I can help you get the files onto your device(S) if you need it. I will only rip original CD’s, as I don’t want anyone pointing fingers at me.
