AGM 2013

It’s that time of year again. We are proposing to hold the AGM on Friday 21 June 2013 probably at the Rugby Club around 7.00pm. If anyone has a better idea speak now or forever hold your peace.

I will post up nomination forms for Committee Posts in due course.

It would be nice if we got a few more than the six who turned up at the AGM last year…

You could hold the AGM after the thursday 20th ride – then would probably be more – even if you did a 15 mile route/ TT to give more time

Having consulted widely, I have decided to ignore Mat’s suggestion on the basis that beer is likley to be a better draw than a TT.

The AGM will therefore be held at 7.00pm at Narberth Rugby Club on Friday 21 June 2013.

I have attached the notice of the AGM and noimination papers for the election of committee members. If no nominations are recieived, the existing Officers have kindly agreed to carry on for (yet) another year.

It would be helpful if you could indicate if you are planning to come along.

Can I also take this opportunity to remind you that following the AGM membership fees will be due. This year we will be proposing that we switch from affiliating the Club to the BCF from the CTC.

Sadly I’m in London for a family birthday.
