    Hope to get out on Sunday – Leaving Bloomfield at 9.00am.

    route – Pendine, Amroth, Sfoot, Tenby, Lamphey, Milton, Carew, Home. With a slight detour for coffee in FGI. Plenty of lumps for the mountain men/women. It would be a club ride, so my intention would be to stick together for the first ride of 2016.

    Sorry Mike – old school – follow my nose to Pendine – up and down to Tenby – IM course to Lamphey – Coffee in Pembroke – IM Course back to Narberth (maybe!) – hope that helps!
