My electric turbo has bust so I’ve been using my cyclops – the same as Nick Brown’s ..so I’ve been embellishing the routine I last went to in Narberth…the trick is to find your threshold and stick there…I think a good session should last at least 90 mins and that you should aspire to do it 3x /week…if you manage to do this it will work and you will get stronger…..
