Haha – it must be a satisfying owch though? Great effort. Did you go for a swim in the sea after? A reverse triathlon.

Good efforts all round though. I found it quite a tough little route, maybe the wind played its part but it was hard work all the way to Trelech and beyond. Fair play to the lone wolf Roger for posting a 2:24 time, that’s immense, and lone wolf #2 – the Chairmen not too far behind.

Mr Greener and myself road most the route together, he climbs like a mountain goat so I had to rely on the the flats and descents to keep together with him. I finally worked out Strava! Matt and myself both got in at 2:40pm

Great day yesterday, a good Dynamos turn-out.

Just once questioncomment. The Aces looked like they had a strong turnout because they had long sleeve outer jackets where our Dynamo’s tops were under 10 layers. I wander if this is something we could look into getting?
